I’m very happy with the results I got. Me and my sisters got a long layered cuts. We all are very satisfied with how the haircuts turned out. The environment is comfortable and great staff!! Basima did a great job!! I trusted her the moment I met her kind self.

⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Basima Saved My Hair (and My Dignity) I went into Matrix Salon after what can only be described as a tragic box dye incident. Like… I didn’t dye my hair, I committed a crime against it. My hair was giving “I made bad choices at 2am” energy. I walked into Matrix Salon and Basima (the owner) booked me in the same day, which already felt like a miracle. But what happened next? Even bigger miracle. Basima worked her magic and completely transformed my hair. I walked in looking like I’d been living in a storm drain and walked out looking like I had brunch plans, a skincare routine, and emotional stability. Honestly, she took me from homeless to glam. She was professional, kind, honest about what could be fixed, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The service was incredible, the attention to detail was next level, and my hair has never looked better. If you’ve had a box dye disaster, don’t panic—Basima is basically a hair surgeon with a cape. Highly recommend Matrix Salon. I’ll never cheat on them again. (And I’ll never touch a box dye again either. Lesson learned.)

Hey guys wow what a place! Ramia and Iryna are amazing. I've had my hair done by both of them! Iryna did mine for this review and the pictures speak for themselves. She took time to listen to what I wanted. She asked me for photos of inspiration and then in less than an hour I had a style that you dream of and see on tv! Thank you Iryna for making my hair hair perfect for my photo shoot. As a mom of 4 I don't get to have time to do these kinds of things. You took extra care to listen to my stories, to make me feel comfortable and it's honestly more than just a hair cut when we come to you so thank you. I cannot wait to come back! Ramia! I miss you too! I hope you are enjoying your vacation but I will be back to get my hair done with you too! I look forward to doing some fun out of my comfort zone styles. Ramia makes you feel so comfortable and she has the biggest heart. I wouldn't normally try any new styles but she has this way of making you see beyond what you think you want and the results are always stunning so be sure to check out Ramia at the salon too.
