Do not go to Jules if you have caucasian Hair that’s in dreadlocks. I’ve had my locks done and maintained through the crochet method and after she washed my hair she worked on them wet which is NOT how you do them the proper way. (I will attach a picture of why.) My dreads looked okay when I left but when they fully dried there were so many issues.. two days later my dread extensions started falling off a couple days later. I was in absolute shambles because of the state of my hair. I went back to the technician I usually see and she was shocked to say the least. I had to spend around $250-300 to get what Jules did to them fixed and this happened August 6th and to this day my technician is still trying to fix things she did. Jules used the string I provided to put some wraps in my hair but because the string Is made of hemp and she did it wet my dreads became warped and indented due to it (the picture I provided.) I appreciate the owner giving me a full refund and communicating well with me even though jules only wanted to give me a partial refund. I wanted to try this place because of the good ratings but wish i never stepped foot in it and just stayed with the technician I’ve bee

Brandy was amazing! It was so so nice to be able to put my hair in a pony RIGHT AFTER braids meaning they weren't too tight that were just perfect! Amazing talent. Amazing atmosphere, fun people in there! Thank you brandy<3

Brandy really ate with these twists, no lies told 😩💕 She took her time on every part, no pulling, no bumps, nothing rushed — and the finished look? Chef’s kiss. My scalp still happy days later, hair still laid. She’s sweet as pie too, had me feeling like I was catching up with a friend instead of sitting in a chair for hours. If you looking for somebody who actually cares about sending you out looking right, Brandy’s your girl. Already booked my next appointment, that’s how you know it’s real 🙌🏾

They go the extra mile to make sure the design is the way you want it. Clean work looks good matches the picture . Very Professional. No other place does braids better.

My first time at Queens and Kings Hair boutique, but I am amazed. The salon is cozy and well maintained. My stylist (Jules) was the best. She was professional, attentive and creative. She listened what I wanted and delivered beyond expectations. I will definitely return.
