I had a wonderful experience here! Everyone was so kind the minute I walked in, offering refreshments and coffee. My stylist Flint really listened to all my requests and managed to create a colour that I had exactly envisioned!

Where do I even begin?! My hair had taken a real beating from the strong Alaskan sun and wind, and honestly, “damaged” doesn’t quite cover it. Then I found Chrome Spa Salon, and I’m so grateful I did. From the moment I sat down, I felt genuinely looked after. Flint, an incredible hairstylist, helped me pick the right treatment, and he explained everything along the way so I never felt lost. But what stayed with me wasn’t just his skill and unique talent. It was how human the whole thing felt. He took the time to work with my hair, to share his own stories, and to actually see me as a person, not just another appointment. I left with hair I love, the right product to keep it that way, and a heart full of gratitude. Flint is just amazing: a stylist, a storyteller, and, most importantly, a great person with a kind heart and an open mind. He gave me great advice and shared his love for Edmonton, a city that wouldn’t have been my first choice, but he made me see it differently. That’s a gift. I had my haircut at Chrome Salon last year and forgot to leave a review, but I still wanted to share my wonderful experience. As a hijabi, it can be difficult to find a comfortable and private environment for a haircut. The owner was extremely kind and understanding. He asked me to come early the next morning so he could arrange the schedule around the male staff and make sure no men would come in while my hijab was off. When I returned the next morning, the hairstylist who did my haircut was very sweet, caring, and attentive. She took great care while cutting my hair, and I was very happy with the result. The owner also made sure throughout the appointment that my privacy was respected, which truly meant a lot to me. I really appreciate the kindness, respect, and effort they showed to make me feel comfortable. It’s not something I expected, and I’m very thankful for the experience. Overall, I had a great haircut and an even better experience. Wishing the owner and the salon continued success and all the best ❤️

Went here to get a haircut for my birthday and my stylist Flint was amazing. Everyone was amazing and incredibly nice. Great atmosphere you can tell the people that work there love it. My hair feels super smooth and I love the length I ended up with. Flint was really good about asking how short or how I want it to sit. Price was about middle of the road in regards to a haircut but I really think you get your money's worth. 10/10 experience would definitely recommend. Also Buttercup their cat was adorable and super friendly

I’m so happy I found this hair salon. Will and his team are incredibly talented. you can truly trust his work. First of all their customer service is A1. Honestly I was mind blown. What I love the most is how honest and transparent they were. They took the time to talk me through every step before even touching your hair, so I knew exactly what to expect. And if you’re asking for something that could damage your hair, they won’t just do it. Instead they’ll guide you, offer healthier options, and be real with you if it’s a no-go. How is it that my hair feels healthier instead of damaged after a hair colour ?!! He just really knows what he’s doing. ( by the way on top of everything) they have the cutest cat in the salon, which just makes the whole experience even better) It’s rare to find a salon that genuinely cares about your hair’s health AND delivers amazing results. It was better than what I was expecting. Thank you so much Will & the team. 10/10. My hair is so shiny and my colour looks 10000% healthier than what I had before . (Photos won’t do justice)
