I am am super happy with this company they are really class act people! I am recommending them to everyone. Had an issue with a recent tattoo and they got back to me in a speedy time and booked me back in to fix this issue so overall GREAT customer service hands down! The shop itself was amazingly clean and organized. I will be a returning customer for sure.

I had an amazing experience at Sandbox Tattoos Centretown! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. A huge thank you to Vova for creating such an incredible tattoo. He is an exceptionally talented artist who is very caring, patient, and attentive to every detail. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable during the entire session. I absolutely love my tattoo! The quality, precision, and attention to detail are outstanding, and it turned out exactly how I envisioned. I highly recommend Sandbox Tattoos Centretown to anyone looking for a professional tattoo studio with amazing artists and excellent customer service. First, I want to clarify I wasn't offered any "discount" for my review. Wish I had been LOL. I had been wanting a half sleeve for a few years and finally was ready. I wanted black and grey, to capture two main themes - my east coast heritage, and a special place on the lake and my kids. I talked back and fort a bit with the manager and booked in for two full day sessions. Martin was recommended to me for what I wanted , and I was pointed to his Instagram to review his work. I loved his stuff and confirmed! I emailed some ideas and pics of what i liked , but told Martin to just pick something from what i sent and do his own design of what he thought looked best. I really try to always let the artist do their thing, they are the experts. We had an in-person consultation a couple of days before the 1st session to discuss and firm up the ideas. Day 1 after I arrived and was greeted, Martin had 3 different designs done for me to choose from! One of them was a clear favourite, so I picked it and he stepped aside to make the stencil, and i settled in for a 10 hr session. Saw some of there videos on Instagram, contacted them for a tattoo for me and my wife. They were good to work with. They had problem resolution skills, Connor was pleasant, hardworking and helpful. Sammy Carrizales, was our artist and he is extremely talented, he tattooed me and my wife for the 10 hour session each, and the results were perfect. He also brought back to life an older tattoo I had done 15 years ago. They have returning customers with us for sure.
