Got my ears and eyebrow pierced here by Tim. He did an amazing job, very calm and friendly. It was my first piercing, so I was really anxious, especially going to the new place, but the vibe was immaculate and staff’s great demeanor helped me to feel more relaxed. Couldn’t recommend them more!!!!

Brought my daughter for her first ear piercing. From start to finish Tim was an absolute professional. He explained everything so my 5 year old could understand him. I highly recommend anyone going for a piercing to go see TIM.

I have been to the shop before to get pierced with Tim and really enjoyed the staff and atmosphere here so when I was ready for my next tattoo I knew I wanted to try them out. I gave Hailey only a couple words beforehand but she drew the PERFECT design for me! I was so excited to see it and knew we were on the same wavelength. There is so much of each artist’s art on the wall and it gave me inspiration for how she could do some of the bigger, more elaborate tattoos I have planned. We chatted the whole session, they made me and my friend feel super welcome (we are both disabled) and were so helpful. My tattoo turned out perfect, exactly what I imagined! It’s healing great. So happy with the experience and will be back as soon as possible to visit the shop and Hailey again.

Ive been going to New Moon for about 3-4 years now, I have at least 60 hours in the chair with Milena. I love the work she's done on me, people consistently ask me where I get my work done and gladly tell them it's Milena at New Moon. I usually give her ideas on what I want and tell her to do her own thing. *If you want asian traditional she's the artist you're looking for* The staff are amazing, super friendly and very professional, I get along with them great. The shop is clean and looks super rad. It has a lot of cool tattoo history all over the walls. 10/10 recommend!

I went in today to get a double helix piercing by Tim. I've been to a few different shops for piercings in the past but the experience at New Moon was incredible. Not only does he make you feel comfortable and has a great sense of humour but his knowledge and confidence in his skill puts any concerns you may have to rest. Tim will definitely be who I'll be going to for any future piercings.
