Excellent room and service. Healthy breakfast has been provided (vegan available). Stuffs were extremely helpful. I had a creepy roommate who asked me inappropriate sexual things and made me feel unsafe. The moment I complained about it they moved to a different room, and confronted that person. During the whole shifting one stuff was there to make sure my safety. In terms of service location and room I highly recommend. Hygiene was well taken care of. Clean washrooms. Location is best. Everything is close.

Had a great time here, location was perfect could walk to all the attractions I wanted and surrounded by good food and bars and impressive vintage shops. Place was clean, well looked after and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a big bonus too

Location is excellent, with access to three streetcar lines within a five minute walk. Breakfast is enough to kick off the day perfectly. Beds are clean, showers are okay, few bathrooms but that's ok. The staff was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and they speak different languages, which is always a plus for different folks. Definitely great value for your money, as it doesn't get any better between cost, value, and most importantly, location. Beautiful neighborhoods all around Kensington.
