Toronto is in Ontario, Canada's most populous province, where hot humid summers, colourful falls and snowy winters shape local life; the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa and the Golden Horseshoe are dense enough for transit and walking, while smaller towns are car country. Traffic in Toronto peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then, and more after a snowfall. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, the province abbreviation and the six-character postal code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I placed a mobile order at 11:46pm. I arrived at the location at 12:06am. The pickup window was not being used. No orders were there and nobody was there to help. I had to wait in line to tell them I had a mobile order. She told me my order was coming up. I waited over 20 minutes with no food. I went up again at 12:30 and she said oh we must not have gotten it in the system. Waiting 30 minutes when the order should have been ready when I arrived, or at least shortly after I was at the counter, is ridiculous. It was so busy and a complete mess.

Got robbed. Ordered a baconator order number 151, paid al. Shouts my order, bagged it, walked away, discovered it was a small cheeseburger 10 minutes later. They owe me a baconator. Not cool. Paid nearly 12 dollars for that. 13 Apr 2026 12:30pm.

So frustrating. I ordered a fries with chili on the side and what i got is a chili in a catsup container. Such a very disrespectful amount! Literally 1 spoon of chili!!!! I used to order fries and chili on the side but it was never like this!???? Just why????

I had a very frustrating experience at this Wendyβs location while picking up a mobile order. When I arrived, the designated order pickup window was completely empty and unmanned. Instead, staff were randomly calling out what seemed like parts of order numbers, but it was unclear which part of the number they were using β making it incredibly confusing to know if your order was ready. If an order was called and no one claimed it immediately, they would quietly place it on a back table and never call it out again. This led to a chaotic situation where a long line of customers were all leaning over each other, trying to read the small receipts or peek behind the counter to see if their food was sitting there. After waiting 30 minutes, I realized my order had in fact been made, called out at some point without me knowing, and had been sitting there cold the entire time. While they did agree to remake it after I asked, the whole process was completely disorganized. Itβs baffling that they have a clearly labeled order pickup window they donβt use at all, and even more confusing that thereβs no screen or system in place to track order status β something thatβs pretty standard at most

Been going to this Wendys for a while as I live in the area. Got the breakfast sandwich 2 for 4 deal. As soon as I opened the sandwich I started smelling melting plastic but ignored it and continued to take my first bite. I then crunch into a huge egg shell bite and look at the sandwich to see egg is discoloured green somehow?? I can even tell if its mold or what not at this point. Such a shame because this chain just opened not even an yr ago and its concerning that there are already quality issues⦠i guess you get what you pay for so beware. Dont order the breakfast sandwich
