I’ve used this company twice (once two years ago and once this year), and the service quality has definitely changed. The first time they rolled out carpets, wrapped everything, and were very fast. This time no carpets, only half the items wrapped, and it took 3 hours just to load the truck. The movers themselves were very kind and hardworking, but they arrived with different information than what I provided to the office. For example, I told the office I was moving into a house with three floors and no driveway, and the movers were told that I was moving into an apartment building with two elevators and a parking lot. This unfortunately doubled our move time, and forced us to choose piles of items to leave behind and figure out how to move later. There were miscommunications within these too. Because of this the movers left items that don’t fit in our cars, and our total cost went from $640 to $1300. This didn’t include their tips either. We also ended up helping carry things up all the stairs. If we weren’t able to help, I don’t know how much longer it would have been. Raman Hassan Malik provided my family an outstanding support moving our stuff. They were right on time, they worked properly on the property, did not damage anything and were very responsive even with short notice work. I highly recommend Professional Movers Ottawa, especially those three folks.

I had an excellent experience with this moving team! They were incredibly hardworking. They handled all of our furniture and belongings with great care, using moving blankets, wraps, and floor rugs to ensure everything was well protected. A special thank you to the team: Anirudh was cheerful, positive, and a pleasure to work with. Jaspreet handled the logistics smoothly and kept everything running efficiently. Pawandeep did an outstanding job maxizing the capacity of the truck. The whole team was professional, friendly, and efficient. Unexpectedly, we needed to put our furniture into storage, and they were able to accommodate all of our belongings in their storage facility without any issues. A month later, everything was delivered to our new home in perfect condition. The movers were professional, careful, and respectful of our furniture throughout the entire process.
