I had a great experience at this physiotherapy clinic. Nassebah is amazing—she is very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to understand my pain and always makes sure I feel comfortable during the treatment. I’ve noticed a real improvement since I started seeing her. I also want to mention Mohammed, who is very attentive and always follows up with patients to make sure they are receiving the right treatment and getting the care they need. His professionalism and genuine concern for patients really make a difference. I highly recommend this clinic, Nassebah, and the whole team!

I had an excellent experience at the Prime Physio Plus. The staff are professional and genuinely caring. From the first appointment, Dr. Mohammed Fuda took the time to understand my condition, explain the treatment plan clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The physiotherapists are very skilled and attentive. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and welcoming, and booking appointments was always easy and convenient. Excellent experience with Mr. Mohamed Fouda and his team, especially, Merva & Karim. The assessment was extremely thorough and professional, and they took the time to carefully identify issues related to my jaw and neck that may have been contributing to my symptoms. The treatment session was comprehensive and well organized, combining physiotherapy, exercises, acupuncture, and hands-on treatment. Everyone was knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely caring. I truly felt I was finally moving in the right direction after weeks of uncertainty. Highly recommended.

Very detailed oriented! All the staff are great and helpful, Yousef, Taha and Wenbo have been great with my treatment. Mohammed and Karan were amazing! The front desk staff are lovely. A one stop shop for all treatments.

I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Muhammad for his outstanding care. He has been extremely helpful in managing my condition, particularly my neck pain. The neck traction treatment he recommended significantly improved my symptoms and overall comfort. His professionalism, attention to detail, and compassionate approach make every visit reassuring.
