We've been loyal customers for over 30 years now. We love and recommend Pete & Gus hot Italian sausages. Ive noticed (as did my family) that the seasoning and flavor has changed. My first purchase just before Christmas I found the flavor was gone, thought it may have been an oversight cuz of busyness. Bought twice more months apart and was disappointed again. Please bring back the seasoning and win us over again. Thank you loyal customer.

We went in looking for a tomahawk steak and were told they didn’t have any in stock and that it would need to be pre-ordered. The overall experience felt a bit disorganized. We had to initiate the interaction, and the staff didn’t seem very familiar with the products. They suggested a “hatchet steak” as an alternative, which didn’t really match what we were looking for. We ended up going elsewhere and purchasing from Ottawa Valley Meats instead.

great selection of meats, excellent customer service. one of the only places in the Ottawa area that stocks quality raw dog food and marrow bones at reasonable prices. sadly I no longer live in Barrhaven but will probably still make the drive here. shout out to Miyuki because she's awesome.

I am so glad I found this place. Meat heaven should be its other name. Everyone is amazing there and they can cut meat according to your preference. I have been looking for so long for a butcher shop that has facility to provide skinless entire chicken cut to pieces and omg its so fresh as well, only way you can i think get fresher than this would be if someone was cutting a hen in front of you. But now this would be my go to place for meat . The varity they have is amazing as is evident from pictures below. This is one of the few places where you feel like you are not shopping but there to meet your family. Has that family vibe. and above all price is great as well. Anyone living in Barrhaven should atleast try them once and if you dnt like it you can give me negative browny points. I would love to have a detailed video with them asking them from where they get their meat from , what process goes into preping everyday servings. Presentation is also awesome and every piece looks perfect. This is one of the place that vegans or vegetarian people should avoid as you never know you may come out with your title changed to non veg
