We had a fantastic experience with Ottawa Pro Movers from start to finish. Roxy was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. I spoke with her several times over the phone, and she always took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable during what can be a stressful move. Our moving crew, Yurii, Denis, and Yuriih, were outstanding. They were professional, efficient, and worked incredibly hard all day. They handled our belongings with great care and treated our home and furniture with respect. It was obvious they were experienced professionals who took pride in their work. Moving is never easy, but this team made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They took the time to carefully disassemble my furniture, packed and moved everything with great care, and then reassembled everything perfectly in my new home. We are so grateful to Serge and Tolik. Their service was excellent! We absolutely loved how they took care of everything, from wrapping the furniture to disassembling and reassembling it. They handled every box with care, and the entire move went smoothly. Our glassware arrived intact, nothing was damaged, and they even protected the flooring!

Had a great experience with Ottawa Pro Movers. They were on time and very efficient. Did a great job disassembling and reassembling my furniture and took good care to ensure there were no damages. The movers were very friendly and easy to communicate with. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!
