Went to the Quartet by Candlelight Concert. The church was beautiful and very welcoming. The event was extremely enjoyable and done well.

What an awesome experience! The church is a stunning venue, and seeing it filled with hundreds of candles made for an unforgettable evening. The string quartet did an amazing job bringing Fairuz’s music to life. If you get a chance to attend a Candlelight concert here, don’t miss it!

I’ve had the chance to attend candlelight concerts at Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto twice now, and both experiences were truly memorable. The atmosphere inside the church is incredibly warm and intimate, with soft candlelight filling the space and creating a calm, almost magical feeling. The acoustics are excellent, allowing every note to resonate beautifully, whether it’s classical pieces or modern arrangements. Sitting there, surrounded by flickering candles and live music, made it easy to disconnect from the outside world and just enjoy the moment. Even though I went on two separate occasions, each concert felt unique and special in its own way. The musicians were talented and passionate, which really added to the experience. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed both visits and would definitely consider going again in the future.

Candlelight: Vivaldi's Four Seasons was amazing! We took the seats at the second row from the front. The atmosphere and music are very indulgent. The church is clean and cozy. Highly recommended.

We were worried this might be online hype but we were so impressed with this show. We saw the Christmas music tribute at the Toronto Met Church with our 20, 20 and 23 year old and we all loved it. The added bonus was the one musician who gave a history to each song. Would absolutely recommend this concert to anyone. At 60 minutes it was the perfect amount of time too. Thank you for an amazing evening! Photo attached although it can't capture the magic!

I went to the Fever Candlelight Tribute to Pink Floyd featuring a string quartet, and overall, it was a beautiful experience — the candles and atmosphere were amazing. It was a bit cold at the beginning, so I kept my coat on, but it added to the cozy vibe in a way. However, there were a few downsides. The benches were uncomfortable, and people were let in even after the concert had started, although the event description said that wouldn’t happen. The audience wasn’t very disciplined — some people were coughing, singing along, and filming despite the rule not to record until the final song. Staff had to walk around asking people to put their phones away. If you go, don’t get tickets in Zone D — the view isn’t great, especially if someone tall sits in front of you. That said, the quartet played beautifully, and the short stories about Pink Floyd between the songs were a really nice touch.

Absolutely amazing. Perfect atmosphere. The musicians were incredible and it was the perfect length. Only note is that it was a bit warm so we’ll make sure to wear layers for next time (already booked tickets for our second show it was so lovely!)

It’s my first time to join the Candlelight Concert with my daughter and husband. It was amazing. I enjoyed very much. Especially all the music played is so familiar with Joe Hisaishi (宮崎駿）!Metropolitan Community Church is a great place for concert!
