This mechanic shop is friendly and knowledgeable. Marshal was a pleasure to speak with on the phone. Based solely on my description of the problem, he had a good idea of what the issue was before they even examined the car. The team was quick, fairly priced, and did an excellent job with the repair as it has been a few days and is still running well. I really appreciated the great service and will definitely be returning.

I had my truck checked out by someone else at Chrysler and my bill was over 3 k. I took it to master mechanic. High park and. Kevin. Fixed it for less thank half and one day instead of two I was thrilled. Very professional service and answered all my concerns. Got my vehicle back quickly and everything is in order. Thank you to Kevin and Julian. Very happy customer !!

As always, my experience with Master Mechanic was wonderful. I left my car (with its flat tire!) overnight and by 8am the next day I received a diagnosis and proposed solution: the tire simply needed a nail removed and a patch-up. Total bill came in just over $60. I was able to pick up the car before noon and get back on the road on a busy day. I respect the Master Mechanic staff for their honesty, efficiency, and great customer service.

I recently brought my 2013 Audi S4 to Master Mechanic High Park for a significant coolant leak. Before approving the repair, I had several questions about the diagnosis and reached out for additional information. Kevin took the time to explain their findings, answer my questions professionally, and outline the repair process clearly. The team replaced the water pump, completed the work quickly, and had the vehicle back to me in approximately 48 hours. While the car was in the shop, they also looked into an A/C issue I had been experiencing and provided honest feedback without any pressure. What impressed me most was the communication. These guys were absolute lifesavers. My front bumper splash shield came loose early in the morning, right before I had to drive back to Ottawa, and I was really nervous about driving with it hanging loose. I called around to several places, and most didn’t even bother answering, let alone try to accommodate me. From the moment I called, this shop was responsive, professional, and incredibly courteous, which immediately put me at ease. Despite having a full and busy schedule, they still took me in, inspected my car, and had the splash shield secured and tightened within the hour. They understood how concerned I was and were quick to help, which I truly appreciated. What impressed me even more was their honesty and integrity, they didn’t charge me for something small, even though it was a serious issue that needed immediate attention. After being quoted all kinds of unreasonable prices elsewhere, this experience was refreshing. It’s rare to find a mechanic shop that’s fast, reliable, honest, and genuinely cares about helping people. I had a good feeling about them from the start, and they absolutely proved me right.
