Kava Coffee House is a cafe in Toronto, Ontario. It is listed at 100 Howard St, Toronto, ON M4X 1K1, which places it among the local businesses of Toronto that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as cafe, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, how long is the wait at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. Canadian restaurants typically run lunch and dinner services with a quieter stretch in between, coffee shops open early, and many kitchens close earlier on Sunday. Debit and tap are accepted almost everywhere, a tip of 15-20% is customary for table service, and GST or HST (plus PST or QST in some provinces) is added to the bill.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–7 pm. Hours in Canada do change around statutory holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file.

Customers rate it 4.8 out of 5 on Google across 405 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded cafes & coffee shops in Toronto.

Toronto is in Ontario, Canada's most populous province, where hot humid summers, colourful falls and snowy winters shape local life; the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa and the Golden Horseshoe are dense enough for transit and walking, while smaller towns are car country. Getting around Toronto is easiest by car for most of the year; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-hailing apps operate across Ontario's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Wonderful cafe that is very aesthetic and accessible-friendly with very kind staff! They have a great and delicious range of homemade desserts as well as unique delicious drinks. Must note their fresh and super crumbly baked in-house croissants! My favourites are their must try Almond and Medovik cakes! Just the right amount of sweetness for a side of coffee or buckwheat tea β™₯️ I keep coming back for more!

Kava Coffee House is such a lovely spot. The cafΓ© has a clean, cozy, and stylish atmosphere with beautiful green and wood details, comfortable seating, and a calm neighbourhood feel. The space is great for sitting down, relaxing, or catching up with someone. I really enjoyed the food and drinks. The croissant sandwich was fresh, flaky, and satisfying, and the drinks were refreshing and nicely presented. Everything felt thoughtfully made, from the interior design to the little details on the table. Overall, Kava feels warm, modern, and inviting. It’s the kind of coffee house I’d happily come back to for brunch, coffee, or a quiet break. Highly recommend.

Great coffee shop with excellent drinks. The virgin mojito and hazelnut hot chocolate are standout favorites. The tarts are some of the best I've had, and the seasonal menu always brings something unique to try. The staff are kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Definitely worth a visit!
