Losing my mother has been one of the hardest experiences of my life, and I cannot thank the team at Jerrett Funeral Home enough for the compassion and care they showed our family. A very special thank you to Maureen B., the manager, who was incredibly accommodating, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process. She made sure every detail was taken care of, allowing my mother's funeral to go as smoothly and beautifully as possible during such a difficult time. Her kindness and genuine compassion made us feel truly cared for. Jerrett Funeral Home has been there for my family before, arranging services for my father and my husband, and now for my mother. Each time, they have treated us with dignity, respect, and heartfelt care. Walking through their doors feels like coming home to people who truly understand what families are going through. Our family is beyond grateful for the care and support from the Jerrett St. Clair team throughout the pre-arrangement and funeral for my nonno. It was very important to my nonno to be involved in the planning of his funeral and Daniela went above & beyond. She walked us through all the options, ensuring my nonno’s wishes were met. We especially appreciated her coming to his house to walk him through everything & I’ll always cherish the photo I have of him digitally signing the contract. When my nonno passed, throughout all the emotions I was going through, I was so blessed to have Danielle as our funeral director. Danielle helped to make a very hard time for my family lighter, and I had peace knowing she was taking care of everything for the visitation and funeral. I trusted her 100% and every detail was perfect. It’s hard to put into words how much her love and support meant, but I am eternally grateful. I had a truly positive experience working with my Daniela Lamonaca my family service counselor while setting up my funeral protection plan. From the very beginning, Daniela was incredibly professional, warm, and genuinely caring. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions, and she took the time to provide clear explanations and thoughtful guidance every step of the way. Daniela helped me make many important decisions, including choosing flowers, a casket, food arrangements, and even travel insurance, all while ensuring everything stayed within a low and manageable monthly cost over 20 years. Her passion for her work really shows—she was patient, kind, and very supportive throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how confident and comfortable she made me feel in my decision. Planning something like this can be overwhelming, but she made it feel manageable and even reassuring. During one of the most emotional moments of my life , with the passing of my dear father Rocco. I quickly called Jarrett Funeral Home on St Clair ave w, to make all of the arrangements for my dad’s funeral, from all of the offices staff Katie V. , Daniella, to name a few, to Geoff and his staff, showing genuine compassions ,patience , and the upmost professionalism. They guided me , made thing very clearly, putting my mother, brother and sister at ease after the overwhelming process that we had to go through. All of their thoughtful suggestions for us to plan ahead for our father’s passing, it was all handled with sensitivity and respect. We were very grateful for their support that they showed to our family. Had used their services a few times in the past , and would certainly recommend Jarret’s services to others , and will use them personally again in the near future, because they care and are very reliable.

The caring staff at Jerrett Funeral Homes provided excellent service. They helped us with everything and it was very organized. We were able to have a worry-free two days. Daniella, Tracy and Katie were very supportive. All the staff helped our family at this time.
