I didn't know much or really that this place existed until it popped up on google. It was really hard to find an artist on social media but also locally for the theme I was going for so I went ahead and booked a consultation with an open mind and possibly a bigger budget. I thought it would be awhile until I heard back from them but that was not the case. I was paired with Hoscar and from looking his at previous work I'm not sure he would be the guy. His forte is realism and a master at it but I wanted to go more for geometrics and Japanese themes. I'm glad I took a leap of faith because what was left on skin looked even better than I had imagined. He finished in 2 fullday sessions and even though he didn't speak English- he brought my vision to life and was very passionate about it. They are super clean, professional, friendly and the studio itself is a whole vibe. They also have an apprenticeship there who is also a very helpful translator. Would totally come back here for my next tattoo. Big thanks!

Danny is an amazing and talented artist, I could not be happier. I am halfway done, I go back end of July and I can not wait! Excited to have my sleeve finished and the first part looks amazing, it draws me in when I look at it. Danny helped me to expand on what I wanted and the meaning behind it and helped me expand on my original thought. Very happy and impressed. I won’t go anywhere else

I honestly can’t say enough great things about Heartless Ink. My experience here was beyond amazing from start to finish. The artists are incredibly talented, welcoming, and truly take pride in the perfection and creativity they bring to every piece. The girl at the front desk was absolutely wonderful to deal with — very thorough, professional, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. A huge thank you as well to Esteban for recommending the perfect artist for my custom piece, Cayms. I’m truly honoured and grateful for the memorable piece we created together. The experience was inspiring, and I’m beyond appreciative to have shared that creative process with such a talented artist. I can’t express enough gratitude for the care, talent, and passion that went into this experience. When I’m ready for another piece, I already know exactly where I’ll be going. I recently got my neck piece done by Daniel, and I am extremely pleased with the result. His attention to detail was on point. I would definitely see him again. He was fairly accurate on the length of time it would take to complete The vibe of the shop was chill, everyone admiring each other's work during breaks through out the day. I have received many compliments as a result...I don't believe the pictures do it justice. Cool shop, cool artists, cool vibe..thanks for the experience guys!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the most amazing experience at Heartless Ink with Gwyn. My daughter and I got matching Japanese red spider lily tattoos, and the entire experience was so special from start to finish. Gwyn is incredibly talented, patient, and so detail oriented. My piece was about 6 inches and completed beautifully in just an hour and a half, while my daughter’s 4 inch piece took about an hour. The linework is delicate, elegant, and exactly the soft feminine style we were hoping for. She captured the flow of the Japanese red spider lily petals and stem perfectly, and the placement on both of our arms turned out stunning. The studio was clean, professional, and welcoming, which made the whole appointment feel comfortable and easy. The pricing felt very fair for the quality, detail, and time, which made the experience even better. It was such a meaningful mother daughter memory, and Gwyn made it even more special. I highly recommend Heartless Ink, especially Gwyn, for fine line floral work and Japanese red spider lily tattoos. We’re both absolutely in love with our pieces and would absolutely come back again ❤️🌺
