I come here regularly to get my nails done, and I’m always so happy with how they turn out! The technicians are super creative and patient with all my design requests, especially since I usually go for more complicated designs. Not to mention, they have such a huge collection of colours, charms, and stickers! Hanah did my nails this time, and I’m sooo obsessed with my new set! 💅🏻✨

I got my nails done here for the first time and I don’t have any complaints! It was clean and well ventilated in there. The staff were all kind to me. I got my nails done and a pedicure as well. It was easy to book online which I really liked. The prices were comparative to all the other nail salons across the GTA. I definitely will be back:) thanks for the cute set of acrylics!

I’ve been with this Glossix location for 2 year nows now and they always make me happy by their professionalism, consistently make me appreciate my visits. The salon is huge with many staff so i can walk in with no appointment many times. From the moment you walk in, everything feels well organized and welcoming. They can do many nail art with transparent pricing that i can ever see. Prices are always quoted and confirmed before starting the service, so there are no hidden fees or surprises at the end. The front desk team is also so welcoming, they give you an endless amount of colours to choose from. One plus for this salon is its location, about one-minute from Spadina subway, making it conveniently if you're staying around Annex or coming from core downtown Toronto. Additionally, the salon itself is very spacious and super clean, which makes the experience much more relaxing. It doesn’t feel crowded like many nail places in the city. The team is very talented, helping me to bring Instagram or Pinterest designs to real life. They are very proficient from acrylic to biogel as well as some thing new like Gel-x if you want "lighter". I LOVE THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!! I have been known to get my nails done ALOT and when I found out about gel X I would constantly do it myself or go to Home Studios because I didn’t know there was a whole nail salon dedicated to gel X, (acrylics, bio gel, shellac etc…); this particular set was done by Anne and she is absolutely amazing. She put so much time and energy into this and it could literally not look better. This place is super welcoming and extremely accommodating. I’m never turning my back on this place ! I highly recommend it.

I had visited this salon before and was happy with my previous experience, which is why this visit was especially disappointing. I originally showed a nail design I wanted, but was told it could not be done. I appreciated the honesty and chose another design instead (the first photo is the reference image). I was then told that the new design could be done. The design I selected relied heavily on clean chrome detailing and precise application. However, during the service, chrome powder was spreading outside the intended areas and onto the surrounding nail surface. When I pointed this out, I was told that this was unavoidable if the chrome powder was applied thoroughly. I respectfully disagree. The reference photo showed clean, refined chrome details. Excess chrome powder around the design was not part of the look I requested. What concerned me most was that a top coat was applied over the messy chrome rather than cleaning it up first. At that point, I lost confidence in the result and asked to have the design removed. What upset me most was what happened afterward. After the design had already been removed, a manager/owner approached and loudly stated in front of other custom
