I was refered to Dr Houra by a former colleague, who really liked her clinic. I have been a patient for over a decade (for different services), really like my experience there, amazing team as well. Highly recommend : )

I was a patient at Downtown Dental Clinic for several years and invested a significant amount of time and money in my treatments with Dr. Houra Saadat. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations that were set for me. I was initially given certain assurances about my treatment plan, but later I was informed of additional unexpected fees. This left me feeling misled and disappointed. I also received Viviera retainers that did not last long. One of them was damaged in less than 4 months, and when I asked about any type of guarantee or support, I was told there was none. I was also told the retainers were not intended to last long, which was not explained to me beforehand. Another concern was the way my name was addressed. I had previously expressed that I felt uncomfortable with how I was being called, yet the same manner continued throughout my visits. This made the experience even more difficult. Because of these issues, I decided to discontinue my treatment at this clinic. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dental clinic. I encourage others to be aware of the lack of clarity regarding guarantees and fees before committing to treatment.

Dr. Shahriar Jalali was very unprofessional. He asked the hygienist, who was so nice, 5 times if my husband had insurance right in front of him. My husband said hygienist looked uncomfortable, I find this very classless and ride. As a result of this, we went elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience at Downtown Clinic. The staff are very good, helpful, polite, and everything is well managed from start to finish. Special thanks to Ranjana Gautam, who is so kind and supportive. She goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable. The Korean dentist at the clinic also deserves appreciation—he truly gave his best during my visit. He is very professional, gentle, and makes sure to explain everything clearly so you feel confident about the care you’re receiving. Overall, an excellent clinic with a caring team. Highly recommended!

I’ve been visiting this dental clinic for a year now and every visit has been smooth and professional. Ashlyn, who recently cleaned my teeth, was incredibly detailed and thorough. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made me feel informed and comfortable throughout. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
