I got into an accident back in May and brought my car to CARSTAR. Andrew was a huge help and explained everything thoroughly, making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible. He handled everything with my insurance, took care of all the arrangements, including organizing my rental car so I didn’t have to stress about anything! They did an amazing job fixing my car and they even gave it a complimentary interior and exterior clean which was so nice of them! I also expressed my concern for the engine light so they offered a diagnostic and explained everything to me. Overall it was a great experience (minus the accident of course 😅) Everyone was friendly and communication was great! I definitely recommend this place if you ever need collision repairs. Thanks again to Andrew and the CARSTAR team!

Excellent shop! Went there to repair some rear-end damage on my back bumper. The shop did excellent paintwork and returned the car polished and clean, and the customer service was perfect!

I promised a review, but I've been a terrible customer for taking so long to create it. -- FRANK! Thank-you!! -- Some A-Hole from my old neighborhood thought it was entertaining keying my car and pouring acid all over the hood, grill and sides of my car. I finally moved. I've been driving around the old neighborhood showing off my new paint job, hoping the culprits see the job Frank and his team did to my car lol. -- I will say this, one of the pics show a dent in my driver side door. And it wasn't a part of my claim. While Frank and his team took my car a part to paint all the panels, I wasn't shockingly surprised they went above and beyond to fix this dent. Totally unexpected. - Suppose they thought giving me a brand new paint job, they also felt I may enjoy having my door fixed up at the same time. No cost to me. Maybe Im a special case; I'm sure they treat all their customers as special cases. Big up Frank!!!! -- I will definitely ring Frank up FIRST if I ever find myself in a pickle the next time (hopefully not). But I would recommend Frank and his team at CARSTAR to anyone looking for satisfaction when it comes to their vehicle and body work needed. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩‼️ Thanks again! Gr

I had a great experience, with Frank and his team at CarStar. He was pleasant and professional to deal with, as are the other staff that assisted me. They were able to repair the damage to my vehicle very quickly, and I’m very happy with their work. Excellent job, all around. Thank you!

It was my second time now with CarStar, the first was in 2019 and both then and now these guys provided amazing service from start to finish! Would give 10 stars if I could. Everything went smoothly, from dropping the car off to arranging the rental car. And the car looks newer than before, was delivered washed inside and out (a shame that it snowed the next day)... Frank and his team were very professional.
